Ocelot Company founder Jena Thompson is a leadership and career coach, storyteller, and environmental leader committed to making the world a better place for wildlife and people. After nearly 20 years working for The Conservation Fund with organizations such as Apple, Dell, Delta, Disney, The North Face, U-Haul, and UPS, she’s now working to create a more sustainable version of herself — and her clients.
We support those committed to driving change in areas like climate, land and water conservation, renewable energy, and food systems, ensuring their strategies are rooted in community, trust, and values. With a network of advisors, coaches, and experts, we provide tailored leadership development, coaching, storytelling, and growth strategies to empower leaders advancing conservation, equity, and social impact.
The name "Ocelot" is a nod to the endangered cat that inspired Jena during her youth in South Texas, where she lived on Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge. The ocelot is rare. It’s beautiful. It’s wild. This small, elusive cat, still on the brink of extinction, brings people together to make the world a better place.
