Netweaving Event Ticket Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY

This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The sweepstakes begins at 10:00 AM Pacific Time on October 2, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on October 5, 2025 (“Entry Period”).

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must tag a friend and comment on the designated Netweaving-related social media post published on October 2, 2025, on any of Business For Goods official social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Only one entry per person per social media platform is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person on different platforms are permitted, but multiple entries on the same platform will be disqualified.

4. PRIZES

Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) free ticket to the Netweaving event. Approximate retail value of each prize is $40. Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $80. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash substitution is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

5. WINNER SELECTION

On or about October 6, 2025, two (2) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period using a random selection tool (such as wheelofnames.com or similar random generator). The random selection process may be recorded for verification purposes.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified via direct message on the same social media platform where they entered within 48 hours of selection. Potential winners must respond within 72 hours of notification with their full legal name and contact information to claim their prize. If a potential winner does not respond within this timeframe, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. VERIFICATION AND DISQUALIFICATION

All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.Business For Good reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it determines, in its sole discretion, is inappropriate, offensive, or not in compliance with these Official Rules.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Business For Good, which are final and binding.

• By entering, participants grant Business For Good permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

• Business For Good is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries.

• Business For Good is not responsible for technical failures, network outages, or other issues that may prevent entry submission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Business For Good and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or the receipt or use of any prize awarded.

10. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any legal proceedings arising out of this sweepstakes shall be instituted in the state or federal courts located in San Diego, California.

11. WINNERS LIST

For the names of winners, email Business For Good at info@businessforgoodsd.org: Subject: Netweaving Sweepstakes Winners, and Business For Good will provide the names within 30 days after the end of the Entry Period.

These Official Rules are effective as of October 2, 2025.
